UPSC Union Public Service Commission has recently released the Reserve List for UPSC IAS/IFS 2023.
There were 1255 total posts released for the year 2023. Both male & female candidates are eligible for giving this exam. The dates of applying in UPSC Civil Services Recruitment 2023 was from 1st February 2023. And the last date for apply & fee payment was on 21th February 2023. Correction date for UPSC IAS IFS 2023 form was from 22nd February to 28th February 2023.
Pre Exam for it happened on 28th May 2023, and pre exam admit card came on 8th May 2023. Result for Pre exam came on 12th June 2023 and mains exam date was set as 15th September 2023. IAS Mains 2023 Admit Card came on 28th August 2023 and its result date was 8th December 2023. Whereas Mains exam date for IFS was 26th November 2023 and its result came on 12th January 2024.
Phase I interview for IAS happened from 2nd January to 16th February 2024 and Phase II interview for IAS happened from 19th February to 15th March 2024. IAS Final Result came on 16th April 2024, and IFS Final Result came on 8th May 2024. UPSC Civil Services Recruitment 2023 Reserve List came out on 25th October 2024.
The application fee required for UPSC Civil Services Vacancy 2023 for GEN/OBC/EWS category candidates is Rs. 100. And for SC/ST/PH( Divyang) and female candidates it was Rs. 0. Payment method that candidates can use for paying the application fees include online payment using Debit Card or Credit Card or UPI or Net Banking. Offline mode of doing payment modeisn’t available for this post.
The min. age for UPSC Civil Services 2023 Recruitment is 21 yrs and the max. age for it is 32 yrs. Age relaxation for these posts will be according to recruitment rules of Union Public Service Commission IAS IFS 2023 Recruitment.
Out of 1255 posts, there are 1105 post for UPSC IAS services, and 150 post for UPSC IFS services.
The Eligibility Criteria of UPSC Civil Services Recruitment 2023 has the following conditions:
- Candidates that have applied for UPSC Civil Services Vacancy 2023 should have a Bachelor’s degree with any stream from a recognized university in India.
- And the candidates that have applied for UPSC IFS Indian Forest Service 2023 should have done a Bachelor’s Degree with Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science or Botany or Chemistry or Geology or Maths or Physics or Statistics and Zoology or Agriculture as one of the subjects.
