The other 40% of the posts will be filled by the State with doctors that have done Post Graduate Degree under residency scheme from colleges/institutes of Bihar. And the rest 40% of the posts will be filled with doctors that have done Post Graduate Degree under residency scheme from colleges/institutes that are outside of Bihar.
