Eligibility Criteria

• 12^th or Intermediate Exam from A recognized board in India.
• Punjabi Subject at 10^th Class or Matric Level.
• Height for Males: 5 Feet 7 Inches,
• Height for Female: 5 Feet 2 Inches
• Running distance:
• Males: 1600 Metres in or before 6 min 30 Seconds
• Females: 800 meters in or before 4 Min 30 Seconds
• Long Jump:
• Males 3.80 Metres,
• Female : 3 Metres
• High Jump :
• Males 1.10 Meter,
• Female: 0.95 Metres
