There are 4660 total posts released for year 2024. Both male and female candidates are eligible for applying in these jobs. The dates for applying for RPF Constable & Sub Inspector Recruitment 2024 was from 15th April 2024. And the last dates to apply & fee payment was 14th May 2025. Form correction dates for this post was from 15th May to 24th May 2024. Fee payment option was reopened from 18th to 20th May 2024. Photo and signature could be re-uploaded from 15th to 17th June 2024. Candidates can check SI application status from 30th September 2024. Admit Card and exam dates will be announced soon.
The application fees required to apply for this postfor Gen/OBC/EWS category candidates is Rs. 500. For SC/ST/PH category candidates it is Rs. 250. Female candidates have to pay Rs. 250 for application fees. Correction charges are Rs. 250 for everyone. Payment method that candidates can use for paying the application fees include online payment using Debit Card or Credit Card or UPI or Net Banking. Offline payment is not available for this post. Refund fees will be returned after Stage I exam to candidates.
RPF Constable 2024 age limits for applying arefrom 18-28 yrs. Whereas age limits to apply for RPF Sub Inspector is from 20-28 yrs. Age relaxation for this post will be as per recruitment rules of Indian Railway Protection Force RPF Recruitment 2024.
From a total of 4660 posts, there are 452 posts of RPF Sub Inspector and 4208 posts of RPF Constable.
This post will have a Physical Eligibilty Test too for the candidates. The Physical Test will include height measurement of candidates, 1600 metre race for Male candidates and 800 metre race for Female candidates. There will be a long jump and high jump events as well.
The Eligibility Criteria for RPF Constable & Sub Inspector 2024 Recruitment includes the following things:
- Candidates applying for RPF Constable should have done Bachelor’s Degree with any stream from a recognized institute in India.
- And those Candidates applying for RPF SI should have passed 10th Class from a recognized Board in India.
- The Physical Eligibilty Criteria will be different for male & female candidates.It will also be different for GEN/OBC and SC/ST candidates.
