UPSSSC Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission has released notification for Eligibility result for Forest Guard and Wild Life Guard 2023.
There were around 709 total posts released for the year 2024. Both male & female candidates were eligible for applying in these jobs. The dates of applying in UPSSSC Forest Guard 2023 Recruitment was from 20th September 2023. And the last date for apply & fee payment is 20th October 2023. Last Date of correction is 17th October 2023. Eligibility result was made available on 7th October 2024. Admit Card & exam dates will be soon announced.
The application fees required to apply for this postfor Gen/OBC/EWS category candidates is Rs. 25. For the SC/ST/PH category candidates it is Rs.25. Payment method that candidates can use for paying the application fees include online payment using Debit Card or Credit Card or UPI or Net Banking. Offline mode of doing payment modeisn’t available for this post.
The min. age of applying for UPSSSC Wildlife Guard Forest Guard 2023 is 18 yrs and max. age for it is 40 yrs. Age relaxation for this post will be as per recruitment rules of UPSSSC 2023 Recruitment for Forest Guard Wildlife Guard.
Out of 709 posts, there are 693 posts for Forest Guard, and 16 posts for Wild Life Guard. The 120 posts of Forest Guard are further divided into categories with 333 posts for UR category, 69 posts for EWS category, 97 posts for OBC category, 189 posts for SC category and 5 posts for ST category. While the 16 posts of Wild Life Guard are divided into 8 posts for UR category, 4 posts for OBC category, 1 posts for EWS category, 03 posts for SC category, and 0 posts for ST category
Physical Eligibilty Test for Forest Guard & Wildlife Guard in UPSSSC 2023 will include chest measurement, height measurement, and a walk of 14 km or 25 km.
Whereas a walk of 14 KM have to be completed in 4 hours by female candidates.
The height for male candidates should be atleast 163 cm. And ST category male candidates should have a height of atleast 160 cm.
For the female they are required to have a height of atleast 150 cms. And ST category female candidates should have a height of atleast 82 cm.
Chest measurement of only male candidates will be done and it should be atleast 79-84 cm.
Walk of 25 KM has to be completed in 4 hours by male candidates and they have to carry a weight of 10 KG while walking.
The Eligibility Criteria for UPSSSC Forest Guard 2023 Recruitment has the following conditions:
- Candidates that have applied for Forest Guard post in UPSSSC should have passed 12th Class exam from a recognized University in India and they should a scorecard of UPSSSC 2022.
- The applying candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Math or Physics or Botany or Zoology or Forestry or Geology or Agriculture or Environmental or Science Statistics with Any Two Subjects OR they should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- The above mentioned eligibility criteria also applies for candidates that have applied for Wild Life Guard post in UPSSSC 2023.
