Photo Instruction for GATE candidates

• Photo should be passport sized, colored, of good quality & recently taken with a white or light background.
• Face should cover at Least 75% of Photo.

Instruction for Thumb Impression of GATE Candidates

• Draw a Rectangular Box  of dimension 3 X 5 Cm on a  A4 Size paper, and after that make a mark of Left Thumb Impression in that box

Instruction for Signature for GATE 2025 forms

• Draw a Rectangular Box  of dimension 2 Cm X 7 CM on a A4 Size Paper, and after that sign in that Box with a Blue, Black  Pen in Running Hand

• IIT Kanpur : UP – Gorakhpur,  Varanasi, Kanpur, Aligarh, Prayagraj(Allahabad), Lucknow, Bareilly, and Jhansi MP – Sagar, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Satna.
• IIT Roorkee : Haryana – Kurukshetra & Ambala. Himachal Pradesh – Hamirpur, Shimla, Solan Bilaspur, Mandi, and Kangra, Punjab –  Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Bathinda, Pathankot Jalandhar, Mohali, and Chandigarh Uttar Pradesh – Ghaziabad, Noida, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Saharanpur, and Moradabad, Uttarakhand – Dehradun, Roorkee, and Haldwani.

Steps to fill IIT GATE 2025 Forms

• Interested candidate can apply from 24/08/2024 to 26/09/2024.
• Candidate should read the official notification carefully & completely before they apply for the form of IIT GATE 2025.
• Then candidates should check & collect all the required documents like proof of ID, eligibility criteria for the job, address proof/document, and other basic details. Then keep ready scan document and self-attested photo, ID proof, sign, etc. as per conditions mentioned in notification related to the job.
• Before you submit the application form, check its preview correctly and all the columns carefully.
• Finally take a print out of final submitted form for future use.
