The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024. Interested candidates can apply for CTET 2024 Paper I and Paper II for Primary and Junior Level start from Sept 17, 2024, to Oct 16, 2024. Eligibility Details of CTET 2024 December Exam
Valid Period Of CTET Certificate			CTET Primary Level (class 1st to Vth)			CTET 2024 Junior Level (class VI to VIII)
The CTET qualifying certificate is valid for life for all categories. No restrictions on number of attempts to obtain the CTET certificate. CTET-qualified individuals can retake the exam to enhance their score.			Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or currently enrolled in a Diploma in Elementary Education (under any name). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or currently enrolled in a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or currently enrolled in a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). CTET Primary Level (class 1st to Vth)

• Must Completed Senior Secondary with a min of 50% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (under any name)
• Must Completed Senior Secondary with min 45% of marks & either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, as per the CTET 2024 (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.
• Must Completed Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks & either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Must Completed Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

CTET 2024 Junior Level (class VI to VIII)

• Must Completed Graduation with either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (under any name).
• Graduation or Post-Graduation with either at least 50% marks, and either passed or currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
• Graduation with a minimum of 45% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE Regulations as issued time to time.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education)*.
• Candidates who have successfully completed a B.Ed. program accredited by the NCTE are eligible to take the TET or CTET 2024. Moreover, as per the TET guidelines outlined in the NCTE letter dated February 11, 2011, individuals enrolled in any teacher education program recognized by the NCTE or RCI.
• Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade, and either completed or currently enrolled in the final year of a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. program.

Steps to Submit CTET 2024 Online Forms

• STEP 1: Visit the official CTET website.
• STEP 2: Click on “Apply Online” link.
• STEP 3: Fill the Online Form and note your Registration No./Application No.
• STEP 4: Scanned copies of necessary documents such as your photo, and signature and upload it.
• STEP 5: Pay the exam fee thorugh a debit/credit card or net banking.
• STEP 6: Print a copy after final submission.
