Instructions to apply for NTA NTET 2024 National Teachers Eligibility Test for Ayush Teachers Online Forms

• Valid government ID details
• Date of birth as per matriculation certificate
• Government ID info (last 4 digits of Aadhaar, EPIC No., passport number, ration card number, bank account number, PAN, or other valid IDs)
• Educational qualifications
• Scanned passport photo (JPG/JPEG, 10–200 KB, 80% face visible, white background)
• Scanned signature (JPG/JPEG, 4–30 KB)
• Preferred city list (see Annexure-III)
• Bank account details for fee payment
• Valid email address for communications
• Valid mobile number for SMS notifications
• Debit/credit card or net banking for online payment.
