UKSSSC Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission has recently released the notification for Uttarakhand Police Constable 2024 Recruitment.
There are 2000 total posts released for the year 2024. Only male candidates are eligible for applying for these posts. The dates of applying in Uttarakhand Police Recruitment 2024 is from 8th November 2024. And the last date for apply & fee payment is on 29th November 2024. Admit card for it will get released before the exams. Exam for it will happen on 15th June 2025.
The application fee required for UKSSSC Uttarakhand Police Constable 2024 Recruitment for GEN/OBC categorycandidates is Rs. 300. And for ST/SC/EWS category candidatesit’s Rs. 150. Payment method that candidates can use for paying the application fees include online payment using Debit Card or Credit Card or UPI or Net Banking. Offline mode of doing payment modeisn’t available for this post.
The min. age for UKSSSC Uttarakhand Police Recruitment 2024 is 18 yrs and the max. age for it is 22 yrs as on 01/07/2024. Age relaxation for these posts will be according to recruitment rules of Uttarakhand Police Constable Recruitment 2024.
Out of 2000 posts of Police Constable in Uttarakhand, 1600 posts are for District Police constable and 400 posts of PAC/IRB Police constable. The 1600 posts of District Police constable are further divided into 848 posts for General category, 224 posts for OBC category candidates, 160 posts for EWS category, 304 posts for SC category, and 64 posts for ST category candidates. And the 400 posts of PAC/IRB Police constable are further divided into 212 posts for General category, 56 posts for OBC category candidates, 40 posts for EWS category, 76 posts for SC category, and 16 posts for ST category candidates.
The Eligibility Criteria of UKSSSC Uttarakhand Police Constable 2024 Recruitment has the following conditions:
- Candidates should have passed 12th Class marks from a recognized board of India.
- Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
- GEN/OBC/SC category candidates are required to have a height of atleast 165 cm, the candidates belonging to hill areas should have height of atleast 160 cm. While for ST candidates they should have a height of atleast 157.5 cm.
- The GEN/OBC/SC category candidates are required to have a chest in range of 78.8-83.8 cms, the candidates belonging to hill areas should have chest in range of 76.3-81.3 cms. While for ST candidates they should have chest in range of 76.3-81.3 cms.
- All these candidates have to run a distance of 3 KM in time period of 10-20 minutes.
